My name is Heidi Whittaker, and I serve as a Parent Consultant for the Utah Parent Center, contracted specifically with Nebo School District to provide parents with free resources and support for children with special needs.
This year marks my 20th year helping Nebo families as an early dispute resolution provider! My role is to support positive parent–school communication and advocacy, helping parents understand education options, procedural safeguards, and resources.
