ACT Reminders
ACT Testing Day

Attention Juniors:

On Wednesday, March 9th, all juniors will take the ACT here at Salem Hills High School. The test will begin promptly at 8:00 AM, so don't be late (arrive by 7:45am just to be safe). If you are late, you will not be admitted to your testing room.

Posters with your testing locations are posted around the school, so reference the poster for your testing location. The posters also identify approved calculators; however, the test has a built-in calculator as well.

To be ready for the test, make sure that your Chromebooks are updated, charged and ready to go. The test must be taken on a school issued Chromebook, as the testing software will not work on personal devices. Students will also need a form of identification like your drivers license or student ID. Cell phones and smart watches are not allowed in the testing rooms or areas (this includes the test's break), so you will need to leave your cell phones and smart watches at home; having your cell phone or smart watch on you could disqualify you from the test.

Get a good night's sleep, eat a good breakfast, and come ready to test on March 9th!

Sophomores and seniors will NOT attend school on March 9th.
