State Capital Field Trip

Mr. Morrell will be taking his Political Science students to the state capital Oct 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th.   One bus each day with 52 students will make the trip.   We will leave at about 8:00am and return about 2:15pm. There is no cost to the student, but they can bring some money for lunch or bring their own lunch.

Congratulations to those students who attended the USU FBLA Aggie Invitational. Our students performed very well!

  • Wyatt Biesenbach - 2nd in Impromptu Speaking
  • Hannah Wheelwright & Wyatt Biesenbach - 2nd in Sports and Entertainment Marketing
  • Tyler Reynaud - 2nd in Introduction to Business

Tennis - JV Region Tournament

JV Region Tournament
On Monday September 26th our JV team traveled to Wasatch for our JV region tournament. Salem Hills High School took First Place.There were 10 entries (four singles, and six doubles teams). Shakespeare Feaste

The Shakespeare Team is leaving for their annual competition in Cedar City on Thursday, October 6 and returning on the 8th. Students will be performing their pieces for the public at the 1st Annual Salem Shakespeare Feaste on October 14 and 15 at 6PM in the Drama Room. Tickets are $15 a seat and include a three-course meal, performances, songs and a lot of crazy fun! You can even put your table mates in the stocks! Experience Shakespeare in his environment! Tickets are very limited and are on sale now in the Salem financial office. Get them today before they're gone!

Congratulations to our Students of the Month!  These students were chosen by teachers of our Language Arts Department for the month of September.  They were honored at a breakfast reception this morning by their teachers and our principal Mr. Peery.  Thanks for being great examples among our studentbody!

Congratulations to Jarod and Sam Carlson!  These two students were awarded the Yellow Jersey this week in recognition of their excellent contribution to Salem Hills High.  Thanks to Jarod and Sam for rebuilding and welding our school grilling equipment.
