Emily Adams (Soccer) contributed 3 assists and a goal in our competition last week. Emily plays selflessly on defense and offense running up and down the wing helping her teammates.

Garrett Llyod (Football) played excellent defense in the win over Uintah while tallying over 100 yards and a touchdown as a running back.

Windsor Moore  and  Josh Bauer

Windsor loves tennis more than anything in the world.  She excels at every sport and is one of the best athletes we have on the team.  She has this stone face that intimidates her opponents and a will to win to back it up.  She reminds me that this stone face is not because she is mad, just that she is focused and determined to win.  In the match last week with Springville, Windsor was exceptoinal, leading her team to victory over a very tough team 6-3, 6-2.  She has great and accurate volleys and overheads.  All her partner has to do is keep the ball in until she can get ahold of it.  When she does, she will make sure that the point is over with a strong shot placed in the perfect spot.  Winnie is a team captain this year and a great leader by example.  Shea is very well liked on the team and she is honest and kind and filled with integrity.

Josh has been on of the most consistent athletes this season - both in competition and at practice.  Josh is setting a great example to the team of how hard work, commitment and effort can pay off.  he is the type of athlete that is anxious to work hard every day, because he understands that is how we find success!  This past week, Josh was one of our Varsity runners that finished in a tight pack a the Wasatch Invitational at Soldier Hollow.

Emily Stevens & Brock Nielsen

Emily led our team against Payson and Uintah with three goals and two assists and in directly was a part of another goal. Out of our team's seven goals, she was a part of six of them. She plays with continual effort. There is always a chance of a play on the ball with Emily on the field.

Brock hit for a score of 76 yesterday helping his team remain number one in region play.  He also committed to Dixie State for next year where he accepted a golf scholarship.
